What they don’t tell you
My stay included a wonderful upgrade to a spacious Kingston suite, impressively clean and well-equipped with in-room amenities. The location struck a perfect balance. just enough away from the action for peace, yet close to famous local eateries. Staff were welcoming and the rooms were cleaned daily, ensuring a homey feel throughout my two-night visit.

The rooms were clean and spacious, but the
kitchenette could use a few more tools for cooking. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome during our three-night stay, though the breakfast options were limited.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious family junior suite equipped with a kitchenette. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Bangkok's shopping and entertainment district. Plus, the staff made our dog feel just as welcome as us.
My kids wished the elevator could fit more people. it was quite cramped. It would also help for families if there were more activities specifically for kids.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi in rooms, a fantastic fitness studio, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff quickly solved my room issue, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend it for a great experience. I'm coming back for a city break.

We had a great time with the kids in our spacious family suite, and the kitchenette really came in handy for those late-night snacks. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing after a long day exploring, and we loved the small gym too. A minor downside was that the breakfast options could be a bit hit or miss, but overall, it didn't take away from our enjoyment. 😊

Had an amazing trip with my friends! We enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the fully equipped gym. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the shopping and entertainment district, making it easy to explore. Highly recommend the buffet breakfast and the free shuttle service to the BTS station.
One downside was that the vegetarian food options could be hit or miss, but overall it didn't put a damper on our stay.

Not ideal for solo travelers
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but man, the layout was weird, felt more like a closet than a suite. They had helpful staff, which is one thing you might appreciate when you're alone.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but honestly, I expected that with the amenities.

I enjoyed my stay while visiting local attractions in the area. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, ensuring we felt comfortable right from check-in. The room was clean and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchenette that made our stay convenient. However, we did face a couple of drainage issues in the bathroom, which the staff addressed promptly. Overall, despite some minor inconveniences, the experience was mostly positive, and I would return in the future.
